My journey into the world of automotive engineering began at the age of 13, when I first started dismantling and reassembling cars among other things. This evolved into a career spanning nearly a decade in the manufacturing of class 8 heavy-duty trucks, where I honed my mechanical skills and deepened my understanding of what goes into building a vehicle and the attention to detail. Transitioning into the Quality field, I found a new dimension to my passion as a Process Quality Team Lead. I am dedicated to merging my technical expertise with a strong focus on quality management. I thrive on improving processes and ensuring that high standards are consistently met. Recently, I've ventured into data work allowing me to use data-driven insights to drive quality improvements. I am also proud to be certified in ISO 9001:2015 QMS, a testament to my commitment to adhering to international quality standards. My drive for continuous learning and growth keeps me motivated as I work towards excellence in every aspect of my career. Whether I'm on the shop floor or analyzing data, my goal is to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful impact in the automotive industry.
