
Current Quality Control Team Lead who has been a member of the Puritan family since January 25, 2021. Knowledge of the testing that the swabs and packaging undergo to ensure a quality product is sent to the customer. Thirty years customer service, with 20+ in management not only of people but managing quality of product being presented to the customer and upholding the rules and regulations of the company.
Coaching, advising and helping other Quality Technicians inspect swabs for flaws or inconsistencies in required specifications of product with product drawing measurements. Conducting testing on swabs to ensure standards required.
Knowledge of ISO13485.
Ability to load and inspect swabs on two different types of flock machines and one Hydra machine.
Help train people for jobs. Went to Tennessee to help train new people on Quality Systems testing procedures, also learned how to run Multi-Vac machines and robot system used to package swabs.
Operating of Ultra Flock, Object Flock, and Hydra Flock machines and the product inspection from those machines.
Operating and troubleshooting Multi-Vac machines, JR Robotics Automated system, and the Hoppman Bowl Feeders at the new Puritan facility in Tennessee facility.
Schedule with my co Team Lead where the 6 other people in the Quality Office will be working daily.
