- In this position I am currently conducting high level security, operating a CCTV system; and public safety patrolling using NFC tags to ensure definite patrols by way of GPS signaling. On the control central post, we are required to know how to both use and operate cameras and to know where and what the cameras are looking at. As well as finding potential safety harms within the BID. This BID has 8 outdoor patrol posts, and one central post (using adobe to fill out a patrol log that is filled out every 20 minutes). Finally, we use NYPD’s radio communications to articulate events within the bid.
