• Safety Academy: I created an academy on site that focuses on 3 injury prone paths in the warehouse which attributed to 83% of our injuries. The Academy focused on ergonomics, body mechanics, and manual handling techniques while conducting in these paths. This Academy tracked the progress and validated each associate to ensure they retained the information, but also are equipped to complete their job role safely and effectively.
