- Litigated against a large hospital chain in Utah on two separate occasions for failing to provide effective communication for patients who are Deaf or hard of hearing
- Litigated against a hospital in California for failing to provide effective communication for a deaf patient and obtained a second settlement agreement after the hospital failed to abide by the term of the settlement agreement in the first lawsuit

- Helped achieve justice for a Deaf individual who had not been properly represented by previous attorneys in prior criminal matters by obtaining an order that he was not competent to stand trial by reason of his mental impairment in multiple charges in both state and municipal court and securing better mental health services for the client

- Partnered with an attorney in California to sue the City of San Diego and its law enforcement agencies failing to provide an ASL interpreter for a Deaf individual who was held in jail for five days without being charged with a crime

- Created a non-profit called the Hearing Loss Legal Fund in which provides education and advocacy about the rights of individuals who have a hearing loss
