Im in charge of a slawson rig, continental rig, and grayson mills rig. Im tasked with keeping as many parts and supplies on hand for each rig as allowable. Im also in charge of hiring and firing of my employees and some of the other rigs. We provide housing so i also am in charge of that.

I moved from operator/ pusher to full time pusher on a continental rig.

I was tasked with supplying one rig and keeping it fully staffed. Training operators and hands as we went. Sometimes i would get called too teach on the the other rigs also. Mostly i just kept my rig operating as smooth as we could until late 2018 to early 2019. We went out for slawson becoming their #1 rig until covid. I somehow stayed working through covid covering for the guys that were sick or collecting unemployement. Then once we got plugging work i took my rig out doing P&A jobs. Once we got that rig going. We picked up a new rig and tooled it all out by myself and put it too work for slawson. I pushed that rig until the end of 2021.

Me and my previous crew from sun well service went too work at Capital Well Services with their first new mw. It was pretty easy too be the number one rig at continental with the crew i had we just hit the ground running.

I started operating out for Z energy. Too start we didn't have a consultant or company man for the first year or 2 which was pretty nice. I ran my rig and crew and quickly became their #1 rig. I stay running rig there through the oasis buyout until i went too work at capital well services. we did quite a few big fishing jobs since we had an mw rig.

I worked floors for almost a year and then derricks the rest. We were mostly out for eagle operating. Most of the work was rod and tubing. We did alot of fishing and repairs on old shallow wells.
