Why I chose Environmental Science

I want to do conservation work as I have always been fond of endangered animals, and I enjoy being on a boat or kayak; it brings me peace and mental clarity. I enjoy being outside as I have many outdoor activities, like skiing, fishing, walking my dog, or hanging out with friends. Nature and animals have always been unique, and I want to protect them so that people can enjoy them just as much as I do for generations to come.
