Jared Featherstone

I am a self driven person. I tend to work too hard which is a strength and a weakness at times. My biggest strength is my honesty and commitment. I have managed many different crews over the years in construction and meat processing. I am also willing to learn as well. I am generally a good communicator and lead by example. I have been looking for a good place to settle down for long term commitment that can provide for my family.
