Project Kansas - De Soto, KS (~4 Billion)

• Full oversight/management of a 250,000sf area of the project, coordinating MEP. framers, & misc. finish trades from shooting track through MEP connections and final paint. Assisting in management of the entire 2nd floor of the project ~700,00sf.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams, streamlining processes for efficient project execution.
• Monitored project progress, proactively addressing challenges or obstacles to maintain project schedule.
• Facilitated and engaged in collaborative problem-solving with team members as needed throughout the course of each project.
• Reviewed plans, RFIs, and submittals to keep work in line with project specifications, client preferences, etc.
• Documented job progress through daily photos, trade trackers, daily logs, etc.
• Developed strong relationships with subcontractors, fostering collaboration and smooth coordination of work efforts.

Block 6 - Bellevue, WA (~$125 million)

• Managed ~$10 million dollars of interior & exterior framing, masonry, & misc. finish work. Handled onboarding, submittals, RFIs, schedule, cost, and day-to-day field management for these scopes of work.
• Co-management of the project's work to complete list, punch list with the client and design team, and closeout phase.
• Assisted senior engineers and management with clerical duties to keep department functioning and workflows running smoothly.
• Sustainability champion of the job, worked directly with Turner's sustainability team to ensure the project was improving tracking fuel, emissions, power and water usage, etc.
