Summary

I have been doing Commercial Construction my entire adult life. Started out building metal buildings for O'Brien Construction in 1993. I've worked all over Washington and Oregon, finally landing in Kennewick, Wa., working for Apollo Inc., Moline Construction and Mid Columbia. I then started my own company, CainCo. Construction, 8 years later I went back into the trades. I feel I have a unique perspective, experience background, and effective leadership skills that allow me to excel, with every company I work for. I think my best skills are common sense, and my ability to de-escalate tense situations, I try very hard to keep a happy, productive, and safe job site, no drama.   • This project involved removing/replacing the fresh water intake system and other site improvements at Leslie Grove on the Columbia River for the City of Richland.
  • We removed the old rotating style intake screens, work decks, pressure gates, pump heads, concrete and access hatches.
  • We then installed 4 new burst screen intake vessels out in the river, using a large crane barge and an accompanying work barge.
  • The team installed all new valves, plumbing, HV air compressor, concrete decks, and access hatches.
  • The team also replaced the heavy concrete dividing wall within the the tower structure and installed a new pressure gate system and work decks.
  • Designed, procured, and erected a new steel storage building for HV compressor.
  • Replaced steel security gates at entrance to tower bridge.

  • Terex/Genie- Moses Lake, WA. Facility upgrades which included new high speed doors and new production/assembly lines.
  • Eldec/Crane Aerospace-Lynnwood, WA. New Facility 18,000+ sq.ft. jet fuel regulator testing facility. Boeing subcontractor.
  • Simms Honda Dealership Burlington, WA. New addition of vehicle service/repair facilities. Included 6 service bays with office/customer space.
  • I-5 Auto Sales & Servive Burlington, WA. Complete demo/remodel 15,000+ sq.ft., 8-bays, offices, showroom, and service.
  • YMCA Community Center in Burlington, WA which included 28,000+sq.ft., facility with (2) pools, lazy river, and indoor track.
