Supervised the completion of a $2.5 million technical upgrade that modernized post's outdated security infrastructure. Managed an Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) project that doubled the size of the Marine Security Guard Residence.
Following two coups, heightened political violence, and widespread terrorist activity - coordinated with Bamako's Front Office and Country Team to modify Post's movement security policy and develop solutions that facilitated COM personnel travel to Gao, Timbuktu, and Sikasso.
Managed DS/OCI's Eastern Europe portfolio that covered Posts in Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia, and Armenia.
Conducted Program Management Reviews (PMRs) at Post to ensure Assistant Regional Security Officer - Investigators (ARSO-Is) complied with OCI reporting requirements, investigative best practices, and liaison/training mandates.
Expanded OCI's Vetted Unit program at three Posts enabling prosecution of criminal activity under host country laws that did not rise to the level of U.S. prosecution.
Prepared briefing documents for the DS Front Office, as requested by the House Foreign Affairs Committee, highlighting training and liaison activities that had been provided to host governments over a three year period.

The security team supported all movements off compound by COM personnel and reacted to security threats on or near Mission property.
Planned, led, and supervised a movement security team that facilitated the CG's overland travel to the Multan Division of Pakistan.
Managed a full range of RSO security programs and served as acting RSO for two months.

Supervised an OBO fence construction project that increased security near the consular section and brought Post into compliance with Office of the Inspector General (OIG) recommendations.
Organized counterintelligence and contact reporting briefings for all sections of the Mission.

Served as acting-RSO for a five month period at the height of the Ebola Crisis in Liberia. Oversaw security functions related to Post's Ordered Departure and developed security plans for the deployment of Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) and medical personnel responding to the crisis in country.
Led a security construction project that developed a facility that met Overseas Security Policy Board (OSPB) standards and was used by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to research Ebola virus vaccines.
Supervised the installation of security upgrades and negotiated the OSPB setback waiver process on two apartment buildings increasing the size of Post's housing pool by thirty percent.
