Jared Gutierrez

Motivated student-athlete who just completed my first year at Southwestern Adventist University, where I play Division II soccer and study business finance. As I enter the summer, I am actively seeking full-time work to save money for a car and to help cover expenses for my next semester of college. Being a student-athlete has taught me discipline, time management, and perseverance—qualities I’m eager to bring into the workplace. I’m looking forward to gaining more experience, contributing to a team, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

• As a Division II student-athlete, I balance the demands of collegiate soccer with the responsibilities of being a full-time student, which has taught me discipline, time management, and resilience. Playing at a competitive level while pursuing my education has pushed me to stay focused, organized, and goal-oriented both on and off the field. This experience has helped shape me into a well-rounded individual who understands the importance of hard work, teamwork, and maintaining a strong work ethic in everything I do.
