Responsible for overseeing all tree risk assessments, tree surveys, and an extensive donor tree planting program. Managed multiple contractors performing tree removal and planting projects.

Managed up to five tree pruning and removal crews daily. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, quality control, and project management. Designed and implemented a safety program based on ANSI Z133.1 that increased employee morale while lowering accident rates and costs.
