Jared Pittman

I'm Jared Pittman from Jackson, New Jersey and I've always been inspired to be in a position that holds great pride and responsibility and I feel that this security officer position will provide exactly that. I come from a long line of family members that are in law enforcement from various agencies throughout the state of New Jersey. From both my parents to my brother, uncles, aunts, cousins and both grandfathers, it was a true honor and gift having all of those law enforcement individuals in my family to look up to. It's taught me a great deal of pride, integrity and courage to represent my job nd the people I work with in a good way. I myself attended the Ocean County Police Academy as a Jackson Police Recruit. Throughout my 5 months in the academy, I successfully took part in firearms training, E.V.O.C, defensive tactics. rescue pool procedures, patrol tactics, use of force, arrest/search/seizure, numerous tests and exams and intense Physical training. On off days from the academy, myself and the other Jackson PD recruits would go into the department and do various tasks such as firearms training, physical training and staying up to date with new laws and ordinances. Through all the training and hard work in the Police Academy, I decided to respectfully resign from my position with the Jackson Township Police Department for personal reasons. I believe at only 21 yeas old, there's so much to learn and grow at, that I believe this position as a security officer will offer responsibility and pride and opportunity to grow with a highly respectable security officer team. Aside from work, I enjoy spending my time working out in the gym, spending time with family and playing golf. I know what I can offer and that's mainly, Integrity, dependability and great work ethic.
