  • Provide IT support services including all aspects of project management, business analysis, and software/application development throughout all phases of the FDA’s Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC).
  • Project management lead for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) integrated project team in the migration from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online.
  • Led CFSAN intranet migration to SharePoint Online; leveraged 10 years of UCM analytics data to create a content migration plan that enhanced intranet usability.
  • Project management lead for CFSAN’s rollout of the Microsoft Power Platform, MS Teams, Planner, and all other Office 365 applications used within the Agency.
  • Oversaw UiPath implementation to automate repetitive tasks, streamlining maintenance and workforce support processes.
  • Project management lead for the CFSAN Workforce (CFORCE) application.
