I have worked at Tribal Mfg for over 15 years. I started out as a Davenport Trainee. I worked my way through various machining centers that I setup and ran. Examples of machinery are Acme Gridley's New Britain's Davenports BTB Buffoli Hydromat both trunnion and standard legacy. I was asked to be a production supervisor in 2017 which I accepted. I have been in charge of overseeing day to day operations as well as scheduling operators to various work centers. I sign off on 1st article inspections. I have also led multiple projects. I had been given the task of relocating machinery across state lines which included setting up both trucking and rigging of the equipment. I have also worked with Hydromat on a couple of rebuilds and retools.
I have been responsible for overseeing Tribals lift trucks,I schedule service and have also purchased a new truck.
I look at ways to continually improve process and procedures and have always been tasked with improving setup times and cycle times through process and part studies.
I have been on the safety response team. My responsibilities included passing the Red Cross defiblulator training and cpr. I have also been through Hazmat and Mdot training.
