I am specifically applying to Koch for the Product Analyst Role as I am looking for a work culture that will allow me to grow in my career based on the effort I put forth and the performance I put out. I believe I can excel in this role if given the chance, and I know Koch can be a place for a career and not just this job. Despite the title of my current role at IMA, I have been blessed to be able to work in many areas outside of support. I am willing to take lower pay for this role or anything necessary to get the chance to prove myself.

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to employees.
- Work with infrastructure, applications, BI, and Cyber teams to ensure issues are handled appropriately
- Project work as a Data Analyst for the Business Intelligence team. (Includes gathering qualifications from the business on data needs, writing initial SQL views, collaborating with data architect/Developers, and seeing through UAT/QA till completion.
- Project work with GA permissions into our IT software (Freshservice: utilized for tickets, projects, asset management, and reporting). I built custom workflows and introduced new processes for onboarding/offboarding. I also replaced older Sharepoint forms with custom ones through Freshservice to support items such as separation requests, new software requests, tenant migration, and admin services forms.
