I was the shipping and receiving department. Duties entailed moving finished product for covering and strapping, organizing finished product into loads for shipping to destination. Unloading inbound trucks and products, and loading outbound cargo for shipment. Checking accuracy and quantity of product and entering and producing shipping documents for drivers. Every board had to be accounted for so accuracy was very important.

• Unloaded delivery trucks with product by hand or utilizing lift-gate truck when needed.
• Received incoming shipments; verifying quantity, condition, labeling accuracy and conformance to purchase order specifications.
• Verified accuracy of incoming orders against packing slips before loading onto truck and trailer for shipment.
