• Scope of practice for Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) Internship clinical skills provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse
• Nursing assistants may take and record a patient’s temperature, pulse, and blood pressure; assist patients with activities of daily living, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting; help patients to get in and out of bed; and assist with nursing procedures
• They also answer calls for assistance and help, deliver messages, serve meals, make beds, and tidy up rooms
• Nursing assistants also observe patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions and report the status or changes to the nursing

• Scope of practice as a Shift Manager, or Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift
• Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service
• Besides serving the skills as a medical assistant, a patient coordinator, a lab coordinator, a Covid-19 coordinator, and a pharmacy technician for high-volume medical clinic specializing in expat and Thai clients

• Retail sales of medications and supplies, mainly in English language

• As a pharmacy technician may, under the direct personal supervision of a licensed pharmacist as directed, in compounding, preparing, labeling, or dispensing of drugs used to fill valid prescriptions or medication orders or in compounding, preparing, and labeling in anticipation

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner using focused skills and personalized service
• Registers guests into hotel according to established procedures, working in coordination with other employees and departments to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Promptly and accurately processes payments
• Inform guests about facilities, services and offered room amenities
• Assists guests by attempting to honor special requests for specific accommodations and presents options when those requests cannot be met
• Always demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor
• Understand and respond to all guest needs and request in a timely and professional manner

• Responsibilities include checking in and checking out guests, handling guest concerns, taking reservation changes, additions, and cancellations, as well as basic accounting for guest folios
• Greet and escort guests promptly to their rooms
• Handle guests’ incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Arrange fulfilment of guest services by working with the Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations and Room Service colleagues
