Some people think nowadays more kids are very unmotivated and don't have great work ethics anymore, but I am proud to say that I am not one of those people, I want to grow within the company and grow my skills, I'm very motivated, hardworking, great at communication with my team members, I adapt to situations quickly, I am also a quick learner and open to learning any and everything, I am eager to work and start my journey with an open mind and see where life takes me, I am also the type of person that will put my all into something that I am passionate about. There are many things I am passionate about but one of my biggest passions is horse back riding and competing at rodeos as well, when I first got my horse I knew it was going to be a big responsibility and I was more then willing to give it my all and I did,going into the horse community which can be a little imitating at first with all the people and all the different opinions as well as all the knowledge that people have, I just had to keep an opened mind and I would take everyone's opinions and use them to help better my knowledge, use it to help me care for my horse, how to better my riding and would use every opportunity that was given to me, I have learned and tried many different things that I thought I would never have done such as training and showing horses, learning how to haul a trailer, learning about the hay fields and how to drive a tractor with equipment hooked up, helping people buck bales and much more, I am beyond grateful for the horse community because they have helped me become more hardworking, helped me learn how to adapt to certain situations quickly, it always keeps me pushing to be the best I can be and has always made me eager to learn more and I will give it my all every time from my horse care and every day responsibilities to every competition run that my horse and I do.
