- Observing and documenting:
Observing and documenting each child's progress and development, sharing observations with the Lead Teacher and potentially with parents.
- Collaborating with the teaching team:
Working with other staff members to maintain consistent routines, share information about children's needs, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
