Accomplishments

  • During my time in my current field of being a Registered Behavioral Technician, I was asked to be the lead safety care trainer for three clinics. My responsibility is to inform , teach and provide less intrusive strategies to the ones we provide services to while giving respect and promoting dignity. These trainings allow other technicians to become more aware of their own behaviors, triggers and signals and how they can be their best self when it comes to providing behavioral analysis to children on the spectrum.
