Supports non-traditional students by removing barriers to education, developing individualized success plans, and providing academic or career counseling to foster persistence and graduation.

• Collaborate with MDHHS to address the needs of the people of Monroe County. Strong focus to remove social disabilities and improve conditions of life. Provide supervision and support to MDHHS.

• Developed church planting strategy to start a new church. Assembled and lead planting team, organized outreach events, managed financial operations, and preached weekly sermons. Currently, provide congregational direction, pastoral care and counseling to congregation members, and aid in the development and implementation of strategic ministry plans.

• Lead all youth programs set forth by the specific funding sources. Achieve successful grant outcomes by developing and managing budgets, hiring employees, contractors, and volunteers, and organizing outreach opportunities. Develop and maintain key community partnerships with Monroe County Public Schools, churches, and other non-profits to align with our company vision, “For all community members to have the resources and support systems to obtain and sustain self-sufficiency.”

• Delivered first-class service to clients. Helped people manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, by assessing customer needs and finding appropriate solutions.

• Provided financing solutions for business and consumer clients. Manage and service loan portfolio of approximately $11 million consisting of commercial and consumer loans.

• Managed retail sales and service functions by developing and administering budgets, business development goals and objectives, staffing models, schedules and performance standards to create, train, and coach a successful sales team.
