* Measure, draft and install engineered pipe clamps, jiffy clamps and inject sealants to seal leaks.

* Run T.I.R.'s on valve stems to check for out of tolerance.

*Check for corrosion, pitting, steam cuts, or any damage that could create a leak path inside valve body.
* Obtain work permits and radiation briefings before starting work.
* Cut rubber flange gaskets.
* Use tap and Die set to clean bolting/bolt holes.
* remove/install valve packing. (Graphoil, TPFE, Chevron packing, ect).
* Torque bolting to proper torque value using star pattern and working in increments.
* Installed chemical resistant epoxy flooring in chemical containment areas and on lab floors.
* Performed Prep work to create a clean surface to bond to. (sandblasting, pressure washing, grinding, acid etching, ect)
* removal of contaminated concrete with jackhammer. built wooden forms and poured new concrete/grout.
* Patched leaks and performed preventative maintenance on storage tanks.
* Supervised and coordinated a small crew. Communicated with the customer. Was responsible for running all out of town jobs.
Completed Crane Nuclear's Control Valve and Pneumatic actuator certifications which are accepted at most Nuclear plants nationwide.
Completed South Texas Project's in-house Valve, Pneumatic Actuator, Packing and Torquing certs which are lifetime valid.
At Enduro Composite, started as a helper, moved up to technician and finished as a forman.
Have up to date safety council badges for most plants in the Brazoria County and Matagorda County area
