Jason Broadhurst

Motivated Sergeant in the Army with experience in accomplishing common goals as well as striving for personal success and achievement. I have been disciplined in the traits of time management, team work, accountability, and responsibility. Doing the simple things right in un-simple conditions is what embodies our training in my unit. This proves effective and efficient in the deployments that I've taken part in through tactics, maintenance and executing missions as well as the administrative side of the job of facilitating readiness and submitting documents. In my unit the mission or overall goal comes first which becomes the common goal. I have a willingness to add on my workload and delegate if need be to see these goals met. Being a leader in this unit requires me to train and maintain my teams efficiency as well as ensuring my own full effort in every task that I take on independently.
