  • Completes and oversees scheduling and training of all Anti-Terrorist Representatives. Writes and reviews the Wing Anti-Terrorism Plan annually. Anti-Terrorism Program Manager develops products for use during Installation Defense Risk management Program and Military Decision Making Process by the Wing Commander in identifying threats, vulnerabilities and risks. Responsible for creating a mitigation plan to eliminate or reduce risk to an acceptable level determined by the Wing Commander. Maintains a healthy relationship with Local City, State and Federal Law Enforcement agencies, briefing Law Enforcement Sensitive information to the Defense Force Commander and the Anti-Terrorism Working Group and creating a local Intel Fusion Cell with huge advantages in local Information sharing to identify future threats.

  • The plans and program superintendent manages seven section. Those sections are anti-terrorism, electronic security systems, pass and ID, plans and programs, reports and analysis, resource protection and physical security. The anti-terrorism section creates, tracks, and develops mitigation and antiterrorism measures for force protection. The electronic security systems section manages the Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) for restricted areas and controlled areas and oversees new security system project installation equipment upgrades. Pass and oversees vetting of visitors to NDANG, issues, maintains criminal and security information systems. The plans and programs section develops plans, policies, procedures, and detailed instructions to implement security forces programs. The reports and analysis section provides administrative support for 119 Wing. The resource protection section governs all protection level areas and provides security guidance to approximately 70 personnel protecting restricted areas, controlled areas, and Reaper aircraft. The physical security section ensures base compliance with directives on all matters pertaining to physical security. They also provide guidance to assigned and tenant organizations on security standards for protection-level assets.

  • Mission Assurance ensure that assigned tasks or duties can be performed in accordance with the intended purpose or plan. It is a summation of the activities and measures taken to ensure that required capabilities and all supporting infrastructures are available to the Department of Defense to carry out the National Military Strategy. As the 343rd ESFS Mission Assurance NCOIC I drove Command and control of CENTCOM Mission Assurance Assessments. Expertly coordinated assessments of mission critical asset including managed all hazards threat assessment and revitalized the Wings threat matrix of 12 Task Critical Areas, identified several security breaches, and spearheaded clear course of action to correct them. Spearheaded s-UAS assessment with 343rd Intel to create response measures to combat every evolving enemy tactics. I identified Force Protection Condition deficiency resulting in the integrated of 71 new Force protection measures into AUAB FPCON matrix strengthening the 379 Air Expeditionary Wing defensive posture.

VOLUNTEERISM

Multiple years of setting an example of volunteering with many organizations to include The Avenue of the Flags, The Lake Region Veterans Color Guard, where I have honored fallen veterans with military rights at their funerals. The Salvation Army during holiday bell ringing, Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity working in homes being built for members of our community. These events have garnered many volunteers from the community, helping the North Dakota Air National Guard maintain a positive image in the community.
