In the 29 years I have worked at Pepsi I have loaded trucks, then moved to Production, after that I was in the Building/Production Maintenance department. I then moved the Vending department which is where I am still currently working. In my years in this department I have done special events, vending equipment prep, vending equipment delivery, and fountain installer for many years before becoming a service technician. From service technician I moved into the lead technician role in 2021 and still employed as a lead technician. I run service calls, oversee the daily operations, coaching, and training of new employees. My job is very hands on and hope to keep teaching others to be the best version of their self and continue growth within. Staff and myself need to keep up on training/courses, etc to enhance their job skills. Everyone needs to be diligent of their jobs and want to exceed their goals.
