Performed on-site inspections during and before work commences to ensure site is prepared adequately for work task at hand. Working platform is extremely important and checked before mob and during construction process.
Reviewed different mix designs to ensure ready-mix materials were suitable for work being performed. This includes QA/QC, regular testing of grout and test batches checked before work starts.
Was tasked with training all new Field Engineers. This training covered proper documentation of work performed, QA/QC testing, grades, layout, and use of instrumentation such as laser levels, total stations, and GPS.
Designed and published many SOPs' detailing proper steps and procedures needed to accomplish many processes performed for work.
Assisted on-site superintendent with problems or issues that occurred on jobsite
Coordinated power equipment use and maintenance to create safe working environment, limit accidents and prevent damages.

Maintained tight construction standards while instructing crew on quality control.
