• As part of the Voice Engineering group my scope of work included Pre Production testing of Cable Modem Terminating Systems on the Legacy Charter, Time Warner Cable, and Bright House Networks.

• Testing consisted of upgrading the firmware on all Cable Modem Terminating Systems that will be used in the field. Automation tests were ran on devices in the Lab environment and troubleshooting was performed on voice issues when needed.

• Manual testing was conducted in the Lab and outside of the Lab. I provisioned voice lines on devices for testing across all Charter Networks.

• Accessing all of the Cable Modem Terminating Systems remotely when needed to evaluate diagnostic status.

• After testing was completed Automation and Manual Testrails were entered in a Test Report and presented to Operations for deployment to the field.

• Some applications used in testing were Linux, Atlas, Soap, Metaview, Elements, Device Management, and Platypus.

Voice Technician II

• Initially hired as Level 3/CenturyLink Voice Technician performing international and domestic trouble shooting on Level 3/CenturyLink’s network.
• Functioned as a trouble shooter in the toll-free group identifying and repairing call failures and other issues on the network.
• Worked remotely to solve enterprise Voice Over IP issues; also managed equipment through remote access to ensure consistent resolution.
• Managed workload and customer satisfaction by updating clients on an hourly basis.
• Recognized for successfully managing client/customer experiences and expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in working with variety of operating systems, virtual private networks, and EXCEL.
• In-depth training in customer-facing scenarios in order to meet corporate and client expectations.
• Installed and configured new devices and system components
