• Promoted to Stock Prep. Operator on the startup of #2 paper machine. Went through training of the entire machine, assisted in the checkout and verification of the operating controls, and was on the startup of the machine.

• As the Shift Operations Manager my duties were to monitor the operations of the mill during the times that the Department managers are not on site. As a SOM I had to assess situations that come up to determine the best solution with the least amount of impact on safety and production. During my time as a Shift Operations Manager, I learned about all areas of the mill operation. This is essential in my daily decision making and troubleshooting of issues as they come up. I was responsible for making sure the employees under my management were following the safety procedures and safe work practices of the mill.
• I was the team leader on the OpEx team for the PM2 Retro Vane Commissioning/Training. This project was to help the MD/CD TSI ratio, SCT and Concora on medium and liner runs.
• I was the Team leader on the OpEx team for the justification for the SanDar turn-up device on #1 paper machine. Our team determined that there were significant safety advantage and reduction of waste with the installation of the device.

• Managing the Finishing and Shipping personnel
• Responsible for the Finishing and Shipping budget
• Inventory management of the finished product
• Supply inventory management
• Operation and maintenance of the Wrapper line and the two Bander lines.
• Implemented the startup of the internal rail car switching.

• Was asked by senior management to fill in as the Interim Superintendent to manage the #2 machine through the 2025 annual outage.

Managed an successful and safe Annual Outage.

• Implication of the drive project and worked through the issues after start up.
• Rebuild of the Steambox.
• Rebuild of the SymBelt roll.
• Managed through the winder roll ejector issues.
