Walmart Plus team was focusing on walmart plus members related features. The whole system can interact with database to get and post Walmart Plus membership users' information through the REST APIs.

• Collaborated with a cross-functional team to migrate the associate membership service from JavaScript to Java outside of Walmart, successfully rebuilding the service within the Walmart ecosystem with Restful web services
• Revamped the functional test repository using Rest-Assured, ensuring robust and efficient testing processes
• Utilized Splunk Queries to meticulously analyze and track logs, ensuring seamless monitoring and troubleshooting of the system
• Efficiently manage and enhance the Walmart Plus membership core service platform

• The service platform is available on the web and mobile devices with 24/7 AI customer services
• It conducts service quality tracking by consolidating user checkouts, monitoring inventory checks, and managing detailed customer requests
• The web-based system that fits the platform filtered the requests by locating keywords and sending the details to the customer representative for the online inquiry through the chatbot
• The whole online system can interact with payment software, shipping software, and other necessary integrations through the REST APIs.

• The introductive website called Hersheyland serves as a recipe-sharing community using the corporation's chocolate products
• Allowing users to view and share craft ideas, the community also arranges ticket booking and future visits to Hersheyland
• Users can also review the new recipes and exclusive Hershey products on the website
