- Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the facility and equipment. This includes building maintenance, maintenance of automation systems, planning and execution of facility improvements and expansions, OSHA compliance and other auxiliary duties.
- Worked directly with the CTO and engineering staff on R&D projects. Involved with concept, design, sourcing, build, installation, continuous improvement and system revisions after install.
- Developed and implemented a PM program for the facility and internal automation.
- Conducted regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. Worked with engineering on continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

- Worked within food safety guidelines to set up a new facility. Built walls and partitions, installed doors, drywalled, painted, tiled bathroom/shower, caulked all walls and foundation perimeter, various plumbing projects specific to our automation (water, pneumatic, CO2), ran machine electrical, installed badge readers, set up security cameras, etc.
