• Coordinate HVAC and electrical system repairs by soliciting vendor bids, scheduling service appointments, and overseeing onsite activities throughout the repair process. Supervise vendor work to ensure quality, adherence to standards, and compliance with specifications.
• Utilize a work order management system to track maintenance and repair tasks, and maintain clear, consistent communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment across departments.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems, including chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, generators, and automatic transfer switches (ATSs), to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency.

Constructed and repaired various types of cooling towers, including quad-flow, counterflow, double-stack, single-stack, wooden, fiberglass, and stainless steel models.

Performed mechanical repairs and maintenance, such as motor, gearbox, and fan replacements. Also conducted motor and gearbox alignments, fluid (fill) changeouts, and a wide range of additional maintenance tasks.

Supervised a crew of approximately five technicians, ensuring job safety, coordinating tasks, and managing workflow to guarantee projects were completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
