As an usher, clean theaters to make sure that there is no mess left behind for the guests in the next showing so they’re satisfied with the results. Make sure spills or any other liquids are cleaned up and take out and replace trash bins as needed. While cleaning theaters, make sure to clean the lobby and hallways to make sure they are spotless. While cleaning theaters, we regularly do theater checks to ensure that no bad behavior is going on in theaters, such as talking/disrupting, guests on phones and anybody recording the film. If any are spotted doing so, we promptly give them warnings and ask them to leave as necessary. In between downtimes, we make sure to clean our bathrooms and make sure they are stocked with tissue paper and soap

Serve our guests who come into the theater wanting to be treated well and ensure we give them our full experience and satisfaction. Provide our guests with the food they have ordered in a swift but efficient manner so they’re happy and so that they don’t miss out on their movies. When there is downtime inbetween guests, we make sure that our workstations are cleaned and we prepare promptly for the next wave of guests that come into the building so everything is done efficiently. At the end of the day, We restock our candies and drinks for the next day to ensure we don’t run out by the next day.
