Serve as an advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Force Readiness) within the offices of the Undersecretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) on all matters related to the execution of Global Force Management to support the Department of Defense's strategic direction.

• Assisted in the Department of Defense's institutionalization of the Cumulative Impacts to Strategic Readiness (CISR) which addresses the impacts of senior leader force management decisions across time horizons towards strategic objectives.
• Synchronized efforts for the Undersecretary to coordinate on over 60 Secretary of Defense Orders Books, including over 350 individual force modifications, that globally posture the Joint Force for immediate response to crisis and contingency.

Served as an advisor to the General Officer for the Operations Directorate, Army National Guard (ARNG), on all matters related to strategy, plans, and policy, and responsible for articulating the Division's vision and establishing plans to accomplish the Division's mission.

• Synchronized and coordinated amongst all ARNG Directorates to execute the Army Campaign Plan (ACP). Led all preparatory engagements for Director, ARNG, to attend the weekly 3-Star Army Synchronization Meeting that tracks ACP progress.
• Led Division involvement in topics that spanned Operational Plan (OPLAN) development, future warfighting concepts, and national strategic level document reviews, such as the National Defense Strategy.

Served as a strategic planner responsible for the development of the Army National Guard strategic plans and policies. Lead interdisciplinary planning teams and represented Army National Guard equities in Department of Army, Joint Chiefs of Staffs, and Office of Secretary of Defense strategic plans and initiatives.

• Acted as lead ARNG coordinator to prepare NG leadership to attend the Secretary of Defense's Weekly Priorities Review engagement.
• Prepared National Guard Joint Staff leadership to attend the Director of the Joint Staff's Operational Deputies Meeting.

Served as one of 21 Fellows selected to perform duties on the Chief of Staff of the Army's cohort called the Army Future Studies Group (AFSG).

• The cohort conducted independent research and analysis expressly focused on the development of the Army Futures Command, the largest transformation since the establishment of the Training and Doctrine Command and Forces Command in 1973.
• Selected as the only National Guard representative on the AFSG, formerly known as the Strategic Studies Group.

Responsible for the programming, funding, coordinating, and oversight of all Army National Guard training deployments as part of the Combatant Commander's Theater Security Cooperation strategies.

• Supervised the Army Service Component Command exercise support program budget of $23M, and the European Reassurance Initiative exercise budget of $15M.
• Ensured the successful deployment of 14k+ Soldiers to support 67 Army exercises.

Served as the Joint Task Force-Civil Support (JTF-CS) executive agent for planning and integration of the Joint Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Support of Civil Authority (CBRN-DSCA) response operations; when directed, deploy within twenty-four hours of notification to support Command management of operational and strategic engagements.

• Handpicked by the JTF-CS Commanding General (2-Star HQ) to serve as the XO to conduct detailed staff analysis and manage the command group's strategic engagements.
• Executed the Commanding General's intent and policy development with Joint Directors and senior staff; synchronize JTF-CS HQ decision cycle framework.
