Summary

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Mr. Thayer has over 20 years of experience in the intelligence community. Mr. Thayer served in the U.S. Army from 2001-2009 as a remote sensing and targeting specialist before transitioning to the private sector. Within the private sector Mr. Thayer has worked at multiple national agencies supporting strategic and tactical missions. Mr. Thayer specializes in geospatial data, remote sensing and data science. Mr. Thayer leverages this experience to build advanced geospatial tradecraft models incorporating data mining, supervised machine learning and physics-based modeling as needed to support customer objectives. Mr. Thayer has developed a well-rounded understanding of the intelligence community, the TCPED process, targeting, and finished intelligence production. Mr. Thayer has worked a wide array of missions to include, Counter-Terrorism, Strategic Threat Reduction, Hard Target Missions and Research and Development. Mr. Thayer actively seeks opportunities to increase utilization of the remote sensing trade craft, emerging technologies, and data processing techniques to develop bespoke methodologies to enhance mission impact. Mr. Thayer's approach to problem solving is to identify mission critical needs and pair them with advanced analytical tradecraft to reduce risk and increase customer understanding. In parallel, Mr. Thayer has developed a deep understanding of business development, procurement, and customer engagement. This is reflected through efforts where Mr. Thayer contributed to numerous IDIQ proposal efforts as a technical contributor or lead resulting in contract awards of over $200 million.
