Responsible for maintaining the quality programs and keeping them compliant with both SQF and AIB standards. Helped corporate quality manager to develop better SOP's and standards at all facilities. Gained the trust of senior management with good communication skills and was often asked to travel to conduct visits with customers and co-manufacturers. Stepped in as primary Safety Manager for over a year and have conducted audits with WSI as well as the company's insurance provider.

• Inspected incoming products as well as finished products in regard to moistures, weights and granulations. Coordinated preventative maintenance on existing and new production equipment. Supervised production schedules, production quality and on time delivery. Scheduled incoming loads of product to meet production demands. Worked together with colleagues on both HACCP and safety committees. Implemented root cause and corrective actions to remove production constraints and improve product quality. Oversee all aspects of milling operations.
