Paint Maintenance Supervisor
3 Years 9 Months- Supervisor for two night shift crews, Crew C and Crew D. Responsible for leading the team and helping in any way that I can to help minimize Paint Line downtime while promoting safe practices. Tasks include maximizing crew efficiency by encouraging team members to share their strengths with co-workers who may be less strong in that area. Also responsible for making sure projects get finished in a timely manner by ensuring that we have the necessary materials to do so. I encourage employees to perform good quality work and take pride in doing so. I maintain attendance records and approve time sheets as well as approve vacation schedules.
