• · Supervises staff, including assigning work, training, scheduling, completing performance evaluations, inventory equipment management, and administering disciplinary action when necessary. Conducts interviews and makes candidate selections. Monitors radio communications of agents and dispatchers and provides in the moment direction

• During Operation Iraqi Freedom I supervised a communication team whose responsibility was to ensure all the Units combat ground ambulances were connected via the SINCGARS radio and various communication equipment.
• My duties also required I motivated the soldiers to ensure they were engaged and focused on the mission.

Responsibilities included supervising Engineering, Environmental services and Security staff.

Responsible for scheduling and payroll for all staff.

Safety spokesperson for department. Provided instructional briefings to new employees as well as senior staff.

Instrumental in the establishment and monitoring of the hospitals Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) program.

Assisted in the departments responsibilities during the hospitals accreditation process.

• I was responsible for 13 Marines whose responsibility was small unit infantry tactics. These assignments included TRAP (Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel as well as VBSS (Visit Board Search and Seizure) of Enemy Sea Vessels.
• I was responsible for all their training as well as their guidance throughout their time in my unit.
• Training included, Firing Range, Advanced Land Navigation, Close Quarter Battle room clearing procedures.
