  • Used LM and physical observations to identify issues and worked with those teammates to improve throughput and understanding of how LM works.
  • Safety team, Team building during transitional phases, took on additional leadership with the other Supervisors: trained them in LM, ADP, Safety, weekly floor walks through the areas
  • Proposed 3 cost saving projects:
  • Developed a new way for the replenishment of hangers: duplicating the replacement racks, swapping them out at the station and refilling them at the swim lanes
  • Because Double tuck was one of the bottle necks in VAS I started having teammates work in a designated area that only did Double Tucks. This allowed them to specialize in Double tucks and the rest of the team to focus on the easier work mix
  • Submitted to PC and IT that if we Batched VAS totes, we could reduce the totes in VAS minimizing the amount in recirc and indirect headcount that manage jackpots and increase the unit capacity in VAS before hitting the tote capacity.
  • Breakdown headcount and structure 5 TL, 2 Clericals, and 60 Fulltime, up to 150 Temporary Employees
  • Successfully ran VAS from May 2017 to August 2017 as the only Supervisor and only 2 seasoned Team Leads while interviewing and training new Team Leads.
