At Itron, have built a team of 15 dynamic technical sellers for the leader in smart energy networking. At Silver Spring Networks, played a pivotal role in building a successful technical sales team who helped deliver over one-third of all smart meter installations in the United States. This was achieved by creating an environment where Sales Engineers served as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for sales and customer interactions. Currently at Itron, continuing to drive pre and post-sales activities while prioritizing ongoing education in new territories such as AMI 2.0 and Distributed Intelligence. As a Technical Sales professional, being comfortable in both the boardroom and with hands-on tasks is a key trait, understanding the importance of this and deriving satisfaction from it.
