This was achieved by creating an environment where Sales Engineers served as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for sales and customer interactions. Currently at Itron, continuing to drive pre and post-sales activities while prioritizing ongoing education in new territories such as AMI 2.0 and Distributed Intelligence.
