  • Lead offshore deepwater, shelf, and land well completions such as XSTMZ (Xtreme Single Trip Multi Zone), ESTMZ (Enhanced Single Trip Multi Zone), Single and Stacked Gravel Pack Completions, and Conventional Completions with packers and tubing.
  • Field Subject Matter Expert in Halliburton’s Single Trip Multi-Zone (15k XSTMZ system, 10k ESTMZ system)
  • Expert in Gravel Pack, Frac Pack, & High-Rate Water Pack Operations. Lead Gravel/Frac Operations to maintain well integrity, BHP, and successfully retrieve the Service Tool after completing the operation.
  • Attend and provide value when working with Completions Engineers through Critical Well Reviews, CWOPs, and general questions to develop and provide feedback on new completion programs, potential new equipment technology, & updating existing tool systems.
  • Coordinate Completion Equipment with business development personnel and customers to provide best service quality, ensure shipment deadlines are met, and manage equipment loadout to accommodate for rig capabilities and efficiencies when picking up Completions strings.
  • Oversee completion equipment make-ups prior to shipment.
  • Manage customer owned inventory and rentals to mitigate surplus and overcharging orders.
  • Coordinate with customers and other service companies while on location to ensure continuity, compliance, & procedural discipline when picking up, making up, and deploying Completion strings.
  • Build and submit well schematics and tubing tallies for the completion equipment that will be deployed.
  • Provide Supervision, Leadership, Mentoring and Delegation of tasks to crews of people.
  • Work with customers to efficiently complete wells and control costs and without sacrificing service quality (Chevron, Exxon, Shell, Fieldwood Energy, Apache, Byron Energy, Stone Energy)
