I started at Liberty build in 2014 I was promoted from laborer to foreman within one season, maintaining oversight for two years. I was again promoted to project manager from 2017 to 2021, facilitating client consultations, outlining job requirements, and optimizing schedules. During this time I supervised 9 to 12 employees over 3 different crews.
In 2021 Liberty Build changed directions and started doing general contracting work. My role at liberty build changed to a main project lead. From 2021 to 2022 the company downsized to 6. I lead a crew of 3 on different framing and remodel projects
