· Apple/Google Pay Implementation Project- Lead analyst with third-party Trust Commerce on providing an option to pay with apple pay or google pay through MyChart.

· MyChart Ticket Scheduling- Lead analyst on ticket scheduling project in collaboration with the radiant team for ultrasounds, OB ultrasounds, and x-rays.

· MyChart Open Scheduling- (Mammogram Screening)- Lead analyst in collaboration with our Radiant team to build out a Mammogram open scheduling standalone widget utilizing decision trees.

· MyChart On My Way- Lead analyst in collaboration with our ASAP team. The feature was built for our Urgent Care clinic and ED locations, using geolocation.

· MyChart Cover My Meds- I collaborated with Ambulatory and IT on this project. This feature allows patients to see the cost for prescriptions, discount cards, and prior authorization status.

· MyChart Direct Scheduling- I lead and collaborated with Cadence on this project bringing all our family med, internal med, and primary care clinics up on direct scheduling.

· MyChart Pocket Health- Pocket Health is the third-party I worked with to complete this project. The feature allows our users to view their images and share them with other providers. This build includes E2U’s, E2N’s, and FDI records.

· FDI and Mnemonic configuration for video visits.

· MyChart Questionnaires for Sleep Center, Employee Health, and Diabetes Management Center ((Patient-Entered, Patient-Scored)

· MyChart Messaging Setup for Ambulatory Clinics at department level

· MyChart Provider Photograph display configuration

· MyChart Announcements that are reoccurring and are rule based.

· 21st Century Cures Act EHI Project- Project to fulfill a law passed mandated that patients have access to their EHR immediately upon finalization except for specific notes and labs. I collaborated with our inpatient analyst to ensure that necessary EHR information is released to MyChart immediately and sensitive labs are never released.

· Family Medicine Builds- Build for this clinic including the Ambulatory and MyChart task. This includes build in dept, profile, WE Rule, Preference list, SER update, surescript activation, procedure creation, I built out two clinics for the same provider at one time.

· Podiatry Builds – I built out this specialty clinic and our first podiatry clinic using express lanes to facilitate provider workflows.

· Women’s Health Build- Specialty build for our second women’s health clinic.
