• Organize and process invoices for supervisor review, ensuring timely submission and accurate financial records
• Verify employee training completion with managers prior to floor placement and compiling report to maintain compliance and readiness reports
• Monitor delivery wait times and investigate delivery refund requests by analyzing order data and customer/driver claims to ensure efficient service and prevent misuse
• Audit payroll entries to ensure accurate employee compensation and resolve discrepancies before submission

Responsibilities varied by shift and operational needs to support daily store operations:

• Front Counter Order Taker and Drive Thru Cashier: Took customer orders, packaged food, prepared drinks efficiently, and handled cash transactions while providing direct customer service
• Drive-Thru Order Taker: Managed simultaneous orders across two lanes while preparing beverages to ensure fast, accurate service
• Crew Trainer: Trained new crew members and monitored performance to maintain service and operational standards
