Javier Cardozo

As the director of the IMES I have the responsibility to lead the investigation process , development and activities of the Think Tank.

I am a founding member of Rotaract Valle de Santiago. I was the master of ceremonies for 3 consecutive years. In the rotarian year 2021-2022 I led the club as president where I had the opportunity to get a big experience in advocacy and social work.

I have received multiple awards for my work in the club.

I helped the regional coordinator of the organizations to conduct activities in our State Tachira. I gave political analysis of the national situation , I had to be part of meetings with political leaders of different parties and I established relations with important social leaders of my city . I gave conferences showing the results of the organization’s research to citizens of different parts of the state.

I helped to organize events of Student for liberty in my city San Cristobal. I gave conferences on political and philosophical topics for the organization. I wrote and published many articles in the SFL blog.

I was the responsible to conduct and maintain the international relations of the NGO. I had to speak with multiple persons for around the world and make relations the will benefit the organization . I presented projects in international forums as the Youth Sustainable Energy Hub. I helped to develop the Venezuelan Youth Parliament that was an initiative created by the NGO.

I had the opportunity to promote Latin American solutions in clean energy topics . I spoke and showed venezuelan crisis with electricity an other services looking to get international support in projects that would help venezuelan people.
