Ever since I was a teenager in high school my goal was to become a real estate agent, not many shared the same goal with me during school which made it more appealing to me. Coming from a Hispanic background and being a first generation born here being student of our family put big goal into becoming a person in a "nice suite". Honestly tired of working at a job where I'm not learning the field of real estate. Currently learning to become a real estate agent through Aceable online school. I've been through college, took some classes that were very eye opening to the world and much needed although I didn't enjoy it, especially when I found out that I can become an agent soley through different schooling and not having to become in debt. Becoming an Real Estate assistant at Elena Ha - Realty Executives will help me obtain my goals by getting into the field working and learning the industry. and hopefully transition to an agent when I get licensed.

- Certificate of Arizona Technical Skills Standards - Culinary Arts

This certification would mean nothing to me since its culinary but the life lessons I've learned makes this something. Taught me precision, team work, patience, studying, practice makes perfect. My teacher would say this quote to me all the time which was "Mise en place is everything", still I don't know who originally said that but the meaning stuck to me, the practice of gathering, measuring, chopping and organizing all of your ingredients and tools before you turn on the stove. The main concept is Saves time, Prevent Mistakes, Reduce Stress, Better Workflow.
