· Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting system hardware, software, virtual system sessions, security tools, and operating system issues
· Build, update, maintain Blade PC platform.
· Create and maintain procedural documentation and train junior staff as necessary
· Create, change, delete command user accounts as requested by ISAMs.
· Support high-level, (NAOC/ABNCP/Exec Comms) computing requirements.

· Perform Enterprise VDI management, VMWare Horizon View, VMWare vSpherre Web Client.
· Distribute software to PCs utilizing SCCM, virtual sessions connection, or by desktop visit to hand load.
· Analyze alerts from various monitoring tools and take appropriate actions during troubleshooting.
