State of Utah, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), wildland firefighter primarily operated out of an Astar B3E helicopter. Responsibilities include suppressing and controlling wildland fires, creating and maintaining landing zones, creating load calculations, and working in stressful environments. Additional responsibilities include working long hours, hiking, communicating, and obtaining BLS/CPR certification.

• Operated firefighting equipment under hazardous conditions, including chainsaws, fire pumps, and hoses.
• Communicated regularly with Incident Command System (ICS) personnel via radio transmissions about the progress made in containing a fire.
• Completed field assessments of active fires and planned optimal approaches.

Working for Walmart alongside co-workers, I gathered, sorted, and distributed multiple types of groceries. This required a high level of communication to ensure product delivery promptly. Using handheld computers to sort products and track other coworkers' progress.

• Provided detailed product information to customers.
• Greeted customers and answered product or service questions.
• Practiced clean and sanitary shopping, with minimal product handling, to protect customers.

Worked as a student athletic trainer under a mentor, which allowed me to practice patient care in a clinical environment—this improved sterile practices, HIPAA rules, medical terminology, medical evaluations, and operating in emergencies.

• Educated patients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition guidelines, and injury prevention strategies.
• Delivered high-quality and compassionate treatment to patients under the direction of professionals.
