• I interacted with the client & business communities to obtain core requirements for redesigning the Idaho Medicaid eligibility interface changes to Medicaid (MMIS) and re writing MAGI (Modified Adjusted Gross Income)Rules.
• Created a new Adobe workbench process service for notice rendering and exception handling
• Worked with the product owner and business SME to come up with an XML Schema Definition to represent the data that is required to be displayed on the notice
• Worked with the operations team on the project to determine strategy for code, templates, assets promotions to different testing and production environment
• Involved in designing and developing Batch processes both daily and monthly to pass information from Idaho eligibility system (IBES) to Medicaid (MMIS) with the new file layout definition
• Worked with Accenture in writing new Business rules for Medicaid in Oracle policy Automation (OPA) using Oracle Policy Modeling tool (OPM)
• Developed a tool “Side by Side” (SBS) to compare results between the old rules engine and the new rules engine
• Provided solution for long running eligibility determinations based on the results of Performance reports from the enterprise architects

• Java Developer and a Programmer Analyst on a development team implementing custom web ER Project involved replacement of Mainframe Based Legacy System used for Eligibility Determination to Web Based System.
• Re-factored an inherited/customized software package used to programmatically access other government systems for data verification and possible fraud detection
• Also designed and developed a new Interfaces to access data from Child Support Systems and Federal Tax Information System (FTI).
• Designed, implemented and delivered a full Java-based transactional system to present information and process basic workflow of benefits case management.
